Begin by placing the used sanitary napkin in a biodegradable brown paper pouch. This ensures hygienic handling and prepares the napkin for seamless disposal.
Insert the paper pouch containing the napkin into the designated Loading Bin. Depending on the model, this could be the Loading Bin Wheel or the Stationary Square Bin. Both systems are designed for user convenience and efficiency.
Advanced sensors inside SMART Kojin detect the presence of the napkin. The system automatically activates without the need for buttons or manual operation, ensuring a decision-free process.
Once detected, the primary heater is activated, incinerating the napkin at a high temperature of 800–900°C. This process ensures thorough combustion, reducing the napkin to harmless ash while eliminating odor and harmful emissions.
After incineration, treated air exits through an advanced air filtration system, guaranteeing zero harmful emissions. The remaining ash settles neatly in the Ashtray, which can be easily emptied when required.
